    Product Overview

    This equipment integrates spray absorption technology and activated carbon adsorption technology to form an integrated, high-efficiency treatment system.

    The spray system uses high-efficiency packing material to perform multi-stage purification of gaseous emissions containing components that are readily soluble in water. The organic waste liquid generated during the purification process is centrally purified and reused.

    The exhaust gas, after being purified by spray scrubbing, enters the activated carbon adsorption tank. The activated carbon adsorbs other components in the exhaust gas. An online monitoring system controls the activated carbon desorption process by continuously monitoring the tail gas in real time. The high-quality solvent obtained through condensation and separation can be directly recycled for use in production.

    For unorganized exhaust gases, a zeolite rotary adsorption and concentration unit can be installed. The low-concentration unorganized exhaust gases are concentrated by the zeolite rotary unit into high-concentration gases, which then enter an activated carbon adsorption and recovery unit.
