    Product Overview

This equipment combines concentrated adsorption technology with thermal storage combustion technology to form an integrated, highly efficient treatment system specifically designed for large-volume, low-concentration organic exhaust gases.

Low-concentration VOC exhaust gas is passed through a zeolite rotor, where it undergoes adsorption and concentration followed by desorption, thereby being converted into high-concentration organic exhaust gas. Subsequently, the high-concentration exhaust gas enters a regenerative thermal oxidizer for oxidative treatment.

    Product Features

    1. By using high-performance zeolite materials, a high concentration ratio of 20 to 40 times can be achieved. The purification efficiency of the thermal storage incineration unit can reach up to 99%, and the heat exchange efficiency exceeds 95%.

    2. The high concentration ratio allows for a smaller combustion device, and the zeolite material has a service life of 5 to 10 years with low operating costs.

    3. The structural design is reasonable, facilitating equipment installation and maintenance.

    4. Fully automated control.

    5. Install abnormality alarms and safety interlock devices, such as fire control systems, to ensure stable equipment operation.

    6. 7×24 concierge service.

    Application Industry

Coating, printing, electronics, semiconductors, liquid crystals, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, lithium batteries, synthetic resins, textile finishing, and other related industries.

    Processing object

    1. Organic waste gases with complex compositions that have no recycling value.

    2. A spray absorption tower can be installed at the front end to first recover components that are readily soluble in water and have recycling value using the spray absorption method. The remaining exhaust gases, which no longer have recycling value, are concentrated by a zeolite rotor and then oxidized and decomposed by a regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO) unit before being discharged to meet emission standards.
