1. Solution

Julian has built an organic waste liquid utilization center in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The center primarily processes and purifies organic waste liquids generated during enterprise production and the treatment of organic exhaust gases. Its annual processing capacity is nearly 360,000 tons, with nearly 90,000 tons of regenerated organic solvents produced annually. The center also provides services such as packaging, transportation, and analysis. The condensate water produced during the purification process is supplied to various water-demanding points within the plant site.

Currently, Jullian’s organic solvent (HW06) products include DMF (N,N-dimethylformamide) and DMAC (N,N-dimethylacetamide).

2. Project Outcomes

Since 2011, Julian has been providing organic wastewater recycling and reuse services:

- We have completed the construction and put into operation two bases (Suzhou, Jiangsu and Yongxin, Jiangxi), with an annual waste liquid treatment capacity of 360,000 tons and a regenerated organic solvent capacity of nearly 90,000 tons, effectively protecting the local environment and promoting the development of a circular economy.

- The condensate from the steam generated during the purification process is supplied for hot water use in the office area.

- Leveraging the advantages of industrial chain development, we provide solutions for enterprises to collaboratively manage exhaust gases, wastewater, and solid waste, thereby enhancing their resource utilization efficiency.

- The project is equipped with comprehensive facilities for transportation, warehousing, wastewater treatment, and exhaust gas treatment. It strictly adheres to environmental protection and safety standards and continuously optimizes its processes.

- Certified under ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001、ISO45001 and recognized as an important link in the industrial chain, it has received numerous national and provincial awards and certifications.
