Solution
Synthetic Leather Industry
1. Industry Overview
The synthetic leather industry generates large quantities of “three industrial wastes” during the production process. The volume and complexity of these pollutants are particularly prominent within the light industrial sector, with DMF being the most representative pollutant in the synthetic leather industry.
2. Solution
Julian Group has over 20 years of technical expertise and practical engineering experience in pollution control within the synthetic leather industry. Focusing on the coordinated integration of the entire process—“waste gas recovery, distillation and purification, and wastewater treatment”—we provide clients with efficient, stable, and proven technological solutions that enable high-efficiency resource recovery and compliance with emission standards for pollutants.
(1) Yingzhong Environmental Protection provides exhaust gas treatment and wastewater treatment equipment:
● Process exhaust gases from the dry-process production line: DMF/DMAC waste gas recovery unit (spray absorption tower);
● Process exhaust gases from the wet-process production line (drying section): industrial fume purification equipment;
● Process exhaust gases from the third-generation printing production line: Zeolite rotor + RTO incineration unit;
● Regeneration of waste activated carbon DMF/DMAC: Five-tower four-effect distillation unit, MVR + three-tower three-effect distillation unit;
● Wastewater from the top of the waste liquid distillation tower: high-COD and high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment facility;
● Vacuum exhaust gas and dimethylamine exhaust gas from waste liquid distillation equipment: STO incineration + steam reuse + baghouse dust removal system.
(2) JULIAN Environmental Protection provides raw materials such as polyurethane resins and chemical solvents, as well as services for the resource utilization and harmless disposal of solid waste (hazardous waste):
● Develop customized functional polyurethane materials;
● Recycling and reusing waste organic solvents, as well as regenerated solvents such as DMF and DMAC;
● Regeneration of waste activated carbon, as well as high-quality activated carbon with various iodine values;
● Hazardous wastes such as biochemical sludge and waste packaging materials: harmless incineration;
● JULIAN Group has a professional fleet of hazardous goods transportation vehicles, enabling it to provide timely transfer services for clients.
